• 50% deposit is required to confirm booking / payment arrangements can be discussed.
• Balance of payment to be fully paid 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation made 45 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% deposit.
• Cancellation made 30 days before arrival, non refundable on the deposit, re-schedule on dates subject to availability

• Check in time 3 pm, check out at 12 noon.
• Late check out is available on request.
